2. Technical operation of the website
This website is technically hosted via Vercel Inc.
When this website is accessed, technically necessary data may be processed so that the website can be displayed securely and reliably.
This may include IP address, date and time of access, requested pages or files, browser and device information, and technical server log data.
The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.
3. Contact form and email contact
If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, subject and message.
We use this data only to process your request, communicate with you and manage community-related inquiries.
The processing of data submitted through the contact form is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to process and respond to incoming inquiries. If your inquiry concerns membership, participation in events or similar pre-contractual communication, the processing may additionally be based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
We use Resend to reliably deliver contact form messages. In this context, data required for email delivery may be processed, in particular name, email address, subject, message content and technical delivery data.
4. Google reCAPTCHA
This website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form from spam, abuse and automated requests.
IP address, browser and device information, and interactions with the website may be processed by Google.
The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to protect the website and communication channels from spam, abuse and automated requests.

5. Google Forms
A Google Form is used for joining or registering with the community. If you open and complete this form, the information entered there may be processed by Google and by us for community organization purposes.
Submitting data is voluntary. The data is used to manage registrations, interest lists and communication about Turkish Student Community activities. The specific information requested is shown in the respective form.

6. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as legal retention obligations apply.
Contact inquiries are generally stored only for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and possible follow-up questions. They are then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of data protection law.
The competent supervisory authority may in particular be the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
